Are you new to meditation or want to deepen your current practice? In this 2 hour workshop we will discuss the science, philosophy and practice of meditation and how to bring it into your life to develop your own personal practice. Learn how to sit in stillness, creating balance and calmness in your life. All experience levels welcome.
