This will be a 6 week series where we dive a little deeper into your meditation practice, learning to quiet the mind, sit in the stillness and to listen to your soul. The class will start with discussion within the circle, followed by Amy leading you through a guided meditation journey. Some meditation experience is recommended as we will be sitting in longer meditations. Join us for 6 weeks of quietness, stillness and peacefulness.
