Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy has many wellness benefits, such as increased blood circulation, lowered stress levels and decrease in muscle pain and tension. We take a holistic approach to massage therapy, and treatments can include relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue massage, usually with a combination of all, to leave your nervous system relaxed and tension relieved from the body. Our sessions and treatment style are unique to each therapist and each client.
All of our massage therapists are registered and hold 2200+ hours of training.
We love to offer to our clients direct billing to most insurance companies. Please note though, that sometimes it is not always possible for whatever reason (claims denied, treatment audited etc) so please always be prepared to pay for your session, along with any co-payment amount that the benefit company does not cover.
Pricing
30 Minutes- perfect if you are looking to work on just ONE area of the body and a quick tune up. Also great as a massage introductory for your children who are interested in self care.

45 Minutes- if you have 1-2 areas of specific work only for a follow-up tune up with no new injuries or concerns.

Prenatal 60 Minutes- for the mama in any stage of pregnancy, designed to release stress + tension as you do the hard job of growing your baby. We will make sure you feel supported and comfortable in a side lying position. When booking please note how many weeks along you will be at the appointment so we can better prepare for your treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage Facial Massage- our Signature and most popular treatment. A heart opening restorative experience focused on the chest, neck, face and scalp. The session begins with a full body energy pull and warm towels to ground you into the body. We then use specific directional movements and massage techniques to open + drain facial lymphatic vessels, encourage collagen + elastin production and alleviate stress + tension in the neck, shoulders, scalp and face. Facial reflexology, cupping and buccal (interoral) massage may all be included. This is for those that are looking for a therapeutic + luxurious treatment. Luxury Lymphatic Facial Massage Therapy- Our signature Lymphatic Facial Massage- but levelled up! Experience a glow up with natural skin care products (a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask & nourishing finishing products), warm towels and steam along with our signature facial massage techniques to release tension, open + drain lymphatic vessels, sculpt + define-making this a magical & nurturing experience.
