Amy Phelps Founder, Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher RYT200, Reiki Master, Certified Meditation Teacher

Amy has always dreamed of owning her own business and has always had an entrepreneur mindset. With an interest in the holistic health care field, she attended Grant MacEwan University and graduated with a Holistic Health Practitioner diploma. From there she was inspired to take Massage Therapy, and has been practicing since 2011. In 2016, Amy graduated from a 18 month Yoga Teacher Training with 300 hours of practice and training. She is a Registered Yoga Alliance teacher and a certified Meditation Teacher through Lifestyle Meditation in Edmonton, AB. Most recently, Amy dove into a 100 hour Transformational Facilitator Training where she learned tools for self work, love and care, ritual and ceremony, and the importance of living a life that is true to you.


Alyssa Brown RMT

Alyssa is a new grad MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy where she completed her 2200 hours of training. Alyssa decided to follow her passions and make a career change to Massage Therapy after many years of working in the oil and gas industry. She has always taken an interest in health and wellness and is passionate about helping others, as massage therapy has helped her in the past. Alyssa grew up in the Millet area and looks forward to bringing relaxation and wellness to the community.


John Roshon RMT

Certified in; Dynamic Cupping, Hot Stone Massage and Meditation Massage.

John is a husband, father and published artist who has a passion for helping people. He enjoys working with his clients and customizing the treatment to fit the situation and individual. Whether you need to work on physical aches and pains or mental and emotional stressors, John looks forward to helping everyone improve their wellbeing and reawaken the spirit within.


Chelsea de Boer R.Ac T.C.M.P

Chelsea graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, AB with a double diploma in Acupuncture as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine.

After graduating in Calgary, she then completed her studies during an international internship in Sichuan, China. She spent this internship at MianYang Hospital of TCM, the birthplace of acupuncture in China. She spent most of her internship following doctors in the acupuncture and gynaecology departments.

In addition to being a Registered Acupuncturist with the College & Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAAA) Chelsea studied at Kings University and majored in Psychology. Having both Western and Eastern perspective on the human body enhances Chelsea’s skills to provide her clients with the best possible outcome.

Chelsea has a special interest in treating sports injuries/pain management in addition to women’s reproductive health and emotional well-being.
