Lymphatic Drainage Facial Massage Therapy- The 75 minute session begins with a full body energy pull, warm towels, and hot stones and breathing to ground you into the body. We then use specific directional movements and massage techniques to open lymphatic vessels and drain the lymphatic system, encourage collagen and elastin production and alleviate tension in the neck, shoulders and face. Clients who experience TMJ, headaches, teeth grinding, ear problems can specifically benefit from this session. Facial reflexology, facial and neck cupping and buccal (interoral) massage are included to release jaw tension, drain the lymphatic system, reduce the look of fine lines + give the face muscles and tissues the appearance of a “lift”. Microdermabrasion- a non-invasive treatment designed to address a variety of concerns including fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, rough texture, uneven skin tone, and acne scars. Using a diamond tip wand, this gently exfoliates the outer layerof the skin, while the suction helps remove debris and dead cells.

Dermaplaning- a safe and effective exfoliation treatment using a sterile blade, that removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the face, leaving the skin feeling and looking soft and glowy. You will see immediate results. This treatment can help minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars, while also improving the effectiveness of your skincare routine by allowing products to penetrate deeper into the skin. We finish with a jelly mask to heal, sooth and nurture the skin.

Microneedling- a minimally invasive treatment that uses tiny sterilized needles to prick the skin multiple times to induce collagen and elastin production. This treatment addresses fine lines, wrinkles, scars, dark spots, and can help minimize pore size. After the treatment, the skin may be red, swollen, or sensitive but these usually subside within 12-24 hours.
