In this 5 week meditation series we will discuss the fundamentals of meditation and how to develop your own practice. We will discuss the science of stress and how it effects all of us on a physical, mental and emotional level, as well as the philosophy and study of meditation. Each week new tools of meditation will be learned so that you can create your very own personal practice that is unique to you! De-stress and start to live a more calm and balanced life.
